1. Install the basic Windows XP language pack by running the file “.\Windows XP Operating System\1. Multilingual User Interface\MUISETUP.EXE”.
2. Install “MUI Update” and “MUI HotFix” from “.\Windows XP Operating System” folder.
3. Install the Component Language Packs from the main Windows XP Components folder installed on your computer.
4. Change the language in “START Menu -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Settings -> Languages” and then Logout/Login or Restart the computer for the new setting to take effect.
